Maureen earned Masters degrees from Duquesne University in Counseling and Educational Psychology. She is a graduate of the Institute of Life Coaching. A contributor to the Chicken Soup for the Soul Series, she has also been heard on Voice of America, and is a frequent guest columnist for the Pittsburgh Business Times. Her programs are regularly featured in newspapers and professional publications. Maureen draws on her expertise to inspire audiences to speak well and be heard above the crowd, and to make positive purposeful changes in their lives.
